Some time ago, Egmont Koblinger wrote a proposal to add support for Hyperlinks in Terminal Emulators.
Terminology already highlights links whenever the mouse hovers them but this proposal is to act just like links in your web browser.
I’ve patched Terminology to support that. When an application emits the needed escape codes, Terminology will display some fancy link highlight when you hover such links. It will also add a tooltip with the actual link so that you shouldn’t be phished.
